The One Where I Drop a Bomb (or Four)

Well, friends, I've got a change or two happening in my life at the moment.  And for a girl who is completely, 100% change averse, this sort of scares the crap out of me.

I have given notice and am quitting my job.

I am moving to Texas to start what might just be my dream job.

I'm selling my condo and buying a house (hopefully!).

And I sort of got asked on a date...

Congratulations times four! Major changes can always bring anxiety, but it also sounds exciting! I really like the state of Texas (Austin and San Antonio in particular). What city are you moving to? And being a house owner has a lot of responsibilities, but so worth it.

And you were sort of asked out on a date?! Details!

Best of luck in your move!!

Really good luck with EVERYTHING Tiffany. Let me know if you're going to Houston or Dallas - I have some friends in each city if you're feeling a bit lost.

So excited for you!! I may be making the leap to Texas here in about a year!! Good luck and congratulations!! And cross your fingers that I get asked on a date soon...that hasn't happened in quite some time.

HOUSE HUNTERS!!! You should totally go on House Hunters. Of course the Property Brothers are cute. But then you have to demo and reno in order to spend any time with the brother that I know you would be more attracted to (how do I know? Because I would pick the other one.). What a hassle.

So excited for you, my friend. Now. Let's start making lists of all the things we (because we're sticks - even if you're in another state) need to do.

I left my home in AZ for my dream job in CA. Sold almost everything i owned and packed the rest of it in my car. I lost a boyfriend, but gained so much more. Take the leap and don't be nervous. Things usually work out just how they are suppose to!

It will all work out Tiff.... I have blazed the trail for you (though I don't yet have a job). Change is not to be feared...embrace it, roll in it and tackle the challenge head on. You will do fantastic at whatever you do. Love you!

I love the "100% change averse!!" Im going to have to share that one with my mom! I had stress related hives for 2 weeks because I'm also change averse (and judging season stresses me out) and my mom was chewing on me for "not going with the flow" lol

CONGRATULATIONS on the job!! And the date!!!
