"Our lives are all different and yet the same." ~ Anne Frank
So my week has been completely crazy.....work somehow became completely insane again and it all hit this week. I was worrying today about how I would have time to come up with a Family Farm Friday blog and get it written. Lucky for me, my friend Crystal saved the day!
She works for the American Angus Association. Yesterday she posted a great video on her blog, so I'm totally stealing it for today!
You'll see interviews with young agriculturalists from all over the world---Australia, Canada, the United States, Mexico, New Zealand. (I was particularly taken by the cute...and potentially single??... cattle/sheep farmer from New Zealand!)
They talk about their love for agriculture, the responsibility they have to take care of land and animals, and their pride and love for the legacy they are building on their family farms.
One of the interviewees probably summed it up when he said that his family was living the dream. Hard to argue with that!

Thanks for posting. Yes, those accents can get you every time. The footage from New Zealand was beautiful.

I think that the New Zealand man was beautiful...
If Crystal really wants to save the day, she can confirm that he (and his brother??) are both single for us....
